For some reason, the file I am using doesnt save automatically to the Box but saves locally..how can I reverse this please?

Hi Aira, thanks for your offer to assist. I save it as usual by clicking on the disk icon at the left top of excel desktop version. This usually shows a box saying that this is being saved to the file on box...now it is being saved locally...not sure why?
