My email address changed and Box is sending password reset to that address. How to solve?

Hello,

 

I have no access anymore to the email address I used before to log in to my Box account.

Box says I have to set a new password but the mail goes to my old address. How do I fix this ?

If you can’t access the email address associated with your Box account, we recommend either reaching out to your email service provider (ESP) to regain access to your email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.

 

Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to your email account. You will need access to the email address associated with your account to change your account password. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect your account against unauthorized access.
