My Desktop and my Laptop both no longer sync files to the cloud.

My desktop (Windows 10 pro) and my laptop (Windows 11) no longer sync all files to the cloud.  I cannot get them to sync new files to the cloud.  Their directory is set to sync but they do not.

Welcome to Box Community, and we’ll assist with your sync issue! 

 

First, we would like understand the sync application we’re dealing with. Can we confirm the version of your sync application? 

To check, use your Windows Search and key in Control Panel> Programs & Features. Look for the Box Application you’re using and its version.

My laptop with Win11, which does not sync properly, has Box version 2.50.191

My Android phone which does not sync properly has version 6.61.565

My laptop and my Android phone do not show all of the files that show on Box.com and on my desktop Win10
