My computer stoped syncing files.   My windows Icon has been stuck on "Scanning Files"  Submitting an error log isn't working either.  HELP!!!!

  • OS and version that you are using. 

  • What Box app are you using, is it Box Drive or Box Sync?

  • Does it happen to other machine?
