I was accessing a customer's BOX account (not my company's) using email authentication with my business email address. However, my company's BOX SSO authentication was unexpectedly applied, preventing me from accessing the customer's BOX account. I do not use my company's BOX account.


I need to disable SSO, but I can't find any contact information to do so. How can I resolve this?
Previously, contacting support for two-factor authentication issues was easy, but I can't find the URL anymore.
