Today I started using box again for larger attachments in Mozilla Thunderbird.
Upon logging into my account I noticed that there were no files stored, yet it said that 3 gb out of my 25 gb allowance is in use.
This can't be correct, because I have no files stored...
Am I missing something?

I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.
You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).

Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts.
