My box doesnt let me upload anything and tells me to upgrade cause there is no more storage when my storage is pretty low

Hi, 

I tried to use the script found in some previous related user posts but it wasn't much help. Is there any chance you could help me?

Upon checking your account current storage is 1.1 GB of 10.0 GB. We recommend waiting up to 24 hours for the total storage amount to update and it should be fixed by then. 
 
If you ever come across these data inaccuracies in your account, please know that the problem is entirely with the display of these totals. This has no effect on your underlying data. All of your files remain in place and have not decreased in size or been edited by unauthorized people. Please note for larger changes or more complex folder structures, aggregates may take up to 24 hours to be correct. In rare cases, the file count and size might take few days to a week to be updated.
