We have an Enterprise account, the storage numbers show 1.6TB/unlimited. However, we can no longer add anything to Box, we get the message our storage limit has been reached.
Please help!
I am also having this issue, and there is no place to contact Box Support on the Support page. Please assist.

I was able to get help when I went to https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and used the chat. It was quick and our issue was resolved. Hope this helps!
