I have 50gig of space but my available space says thart I only approx 2.6 gig available space. I add up the used space in my foldersand this is currently 19 gig.Would you be kind enough to ammend my available space to reflect what space has been used. My recycle bin is empty. I look forward to hearing from and would like to thank you for your anticipated help in this matter.

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
Going forward, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown, please let us know to help you fix it.
