Hi I had problems with my account and I deleted everything to start from scratch.
But now I see that I have some space allocated even though the account is empty.
You can reset my space.

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.
