I don't see a way to contact box, so I guess I have to make a post?
I cannot access my account. I got an email to verify my new account, but it took a long time to receive, so I never saw it. I finally saw it today and the link expired, and there is not a way to get a new link.
In the meantime, I was still logged in from yesterday, so I tried access a document somebody sent me, and that failed.
I'm logged in so I hope somebody knows how to find me.
