Hi folks. I've been searching everywhere but can't seem to find the answer to my specific question, at least the way I've been able to explain it, so here I am.

My company is running a terminal server, multiple users in multiple groups, private folders for each group. Parallels's built-in folder syncing doesn't quite meet our needs so we're hoping Box can fill the need. We want to basically have a folder each group can save files to, and have those files automatically synced back to a local computer.

I've found that should theoretically work with a single user, and there is a lot of discussion of syncing multiple users with a single folder (mostly with the answer of "no"), but we're looking at multiple accounts syncing with their own unique folder. We're mostly dealing with small files, but on occasion a lot of them at a time.

Is this possible at all? If so, how? If not... any suggestions?

Hi David,

Welcome to the Box Community!

Have you checked out this article on Using Box Drive in Multi-User Environments?

This may be relevant to your problem with the next steps! Also, I have included a few references below that you may explore to learn more about using Box Drive:

Thanks for the reply. That's actually one of the first articles I found. It's helpful but I'm not clear. Is this saying that even with multiple users with multiple Box accounts, only one location can be mounted as a sync folder for the entire server?
