Multiple Primary Admins?

Please be advised that there can only be one Primary Administrator in a Box organization and there is no way to designate this role to multiple users.

I found this post because I had the same question in order to find a way to handle the Admin quarantine. Having one single person responsible for this just isn't how other apps operate, and we're hoping this is a situation Box has encountered before and created a solution. Is there any way to grant other people access to investigate and delete/release files in the quarantine?

Welcome to the Box Community!

Although only one Primary admin of an account can exist, they can actually grant "Co-admin" permissions to other managed users they want and are able to set granular permissions for what features co-admins can access in the Admin console. For details, please take a look at this article:

Co-admins will have access to the Admin Console, and are able to perform many of the same actions as the main account admin.
