Do you allow multiple people to edit word, excel files? If so what is the process? Is there a Box support number or chat?
Question
Multiple editing to all files in the environment
Hi
Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to assist!
Yes — Box supports multiple people editing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files simultaneously (real‑time co‑authoring) on desktop and the web. Box for Microsoft Office co‑authoring enables real‑time simultaneous editing of .docx, .xlsx and .pptx files with changes auto‑saved back to Box.
This integration is available on the Box website, Box Drive and Office desktop apps.
For more details, please see this article.
Hope it helps, and please let us know if you have questions.

Can i get a call to discuss this in detail. Does this editing work with Autocad files also? I spoke to my team and this was a concern.
Here is my booking link to schedule some time with me if possible
