How do I stop Box creating multiple copies of a file? It's done it with a Scrivener project a couple of times.

Thanks. Yes, they do have my email address appended but I'm not sure why it's happening. I am opening and saving the file in the same location and I'm the only one working on it. It doesn't happen every time I work on the file but when it does it creates a duplicate every few minutes while I have the file open and continues duplicating after I've closed it.
Last time it happened I checked that the original version was up-to-date before deleting the duplicates. However, the next time I opened the file the most recent changes were missing. Fortunately, I was able to retrieve one of the duplicate copies.
I wonder if it's something to do with the way Scrivener autosaves, but why does it do it on some occasions and not others?
