As best I know it now, you can only have one set of Box Sign Display Settings per Salesforce object. Our client was frustrated by this limitation.

Will it ever be possible to create Box Sign Display Settings "presets"? The whole of the Box Sign Display Settings page saved as a loadable preset: prefill fields, default signers, email template, etc.

Imagined use case is: Standard SF user is working with a record of certain Salesforce object and wants to send many different Box Signs for that record/object without having access to the Box Sign Display Settings. Hit the one 'Send Box Sign' button and load the preset for "Approval", send, load the preset for "Terms and Agreement", send, all based off of one object.

We got around this with custom Flows, but if there is a way to accomplish this already and I missed it please let me know.

Hi Andrew,

we currently have no plans to have multiple presets. I do love the idea, maybe you can post it on pulse.box.com? Pulse is where we keep our feature requests.

Alternatively to your Flow solution, you could also go deep and use our SDK or directly call our APIs from within Salesforce. As this requires coding, I think your solution is the better alternative, but just wanted to make sure you are aware of all possibilities.
