When trying to 'Open With' a docx document the Microsoft Word selection is grayed out. I am using Windows 7 (fully activated) and MS Office 2010 on a laptop. I have the same installation on two other laptops and they work fine. What's the issue?

    May I know what version of Windows 7 are you using? Is it Professional or Enterprise?

    Can you make sure that your computer meets the requirements in this article to be able to install Box tools?

    Thanks for the prompt response. I have windows 7 pro, net 4.5.2 is installed, and I have downloaded and installed the current version of box tools from your site.
