We are having problems with a number of people opening, working and saving the same document at the same time. Is this possible?
Also is there a way to know who or what computer has a document open so everyone can work on it, as currently can't open documents open on other computers.

Simultaneous editing using your native Microsoft apps is currently not supported.
If you have multiple users editing a file at the same time, it is best practice to have one user make their changes with file locked. Once changes are saved and file is closed by user, another user will then see those changes and be able to open and make their changes.
