We are planning to monitor the status of Box (SaaS) using a monitoring tool.
・What should be monitored? (i.e. case of URL-monitoring、 https://app.box.com)
・ Please let me know if there are any recommended monitoring items and value.
・If an incident (Outage, Critical, etc.) occurs in the Box environment, will it be notified by email?Is the email format HTML or TXT? (Is it possible to specify the TXT format?)

For any outages or known issues within Box it will be posted in this page instead. I'm afraid we don't send out emails for this.
