Welcome to Box Community, and we’ll assist with your upload error.
Your upload error can’t be because of your upload size limit, if ever you are uploading it in one of your owned folders. As individual free users can upload a single file up to 250 MB.
By any chance, did you already tried these troubleshooting steps?
- Try to log out and log in from your Box for Mobile application.
- Restart your mobile device.
- Uninstall and re-install your Box for Mobile application.
- Try uploading it in your mobile browser via m.box.com.
- Use another mobile device and/or use your desktop.
Should the error persist, I have a few questions and hope you don’t mind,
- What is the Operating System running in your mobile device?
- Has it ever worked before? If so, when did it start?
- Is the error recurring in different file types or just for .MP4 files only?
- Did you try to upload another file, if so how did it go?
- Are you uploading in your owned folder or on a shared folder?
