Missing sub-folders and Files under a Folder (co-owned by me)

Hi..I`m not able to see multiple sub-folders within a folder while few are still present there. No one has deleted any folder or file from there. Trash folder has also been checked but nothing is there. \

    Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to assist! 

    We have a few questions regarding your missing folders: 

    • In trash, you can select these filters to sort out the items you’ve deleted: 
      1. The Items I deleted filter displays all items you have deleted, regardless of who created or owns the item.
      2. The Items I own filter displays all deleted items you own, regardless of who deleted the item.
    • Are the sub-folders missing from your local Box folder or in the Box website, or both? 
    • Are we looking for your owned content or collaborated only? If it’s the latter, you must identify the folder owner and report that his/her sub-folders has disappeared.
