I have been give access to a box folder and when I navigate directly to that folder, I notice two things. 


One) there is no search bar.  


Two) the folder I was given access to appears to be the root folder. I expect 'All Files' to be the root folder.  


As this folder is filled with more folders and files I am having difficulty finding the document I want.

Looks like you have a designated team that communicates with Box directly. At this rate, please reach out to your internal helpdesk team to contact Product Support.

I'm having the same issue, the search bar was gone then appeared again a few weeks ago - now it's disappeared again.  Any solutions?
