I have since 11 years had a 50gb prompt account. The rest of my family too.

We have used it very seldom but now when I logged in to the accounts, they all state "10 GB".

Why is that and how can we restore our quota?

👋 Hi @Jj or bb, welcome to the Box Community!

Our records show that your account has 50 GB of storage. This was a free promotional storage offer from Box made several years ago, which is no longer available. However, users who received this promotional storage can continue to utilize it as long as the account remains unchanged.

To confirm the storage limit for your account:

  1. Log into Box via http://app.box.com/login.
  2. Click your account icon in the upper-right-hand corner.
  3. Select Account Settings from the menu that displays.
  4. Scroll down to the Account details and check Storage Used.

✍️ Please note: Since this was a limited-time promotion that is no longer offered, the promo storage will be forfeited if there are any changes to the account that affect the subscription, account type, or associated storage (e.g., an upgrade).

As we follow the current plan features and availability, we are unable to reinstate the promotional storage once it has been removed.

If your family members were supposed to have 50 GB of storage but are seeing only 10 GB, please contact our Billing Department at billing@box.com for further investigation. They can check whether any account changes (such as an upgrade followed by a downgrade) may have affected the storage quota.

Let us know if you have any other questions. 😊

Super, thanks. I looked at the wrong place. Thank you for pointing out where to look.
