I have searched my trash, the owner of the box sites trash. None of my files exist. I have searched for my name and files in the main box site and nothing is coming up. I have no recently deleted files pertaining to my box files in my recycling bin either. Any advice....

If you are part of a Business or higher plan that offers the reporting feature, your admins can help look into this by running a "User Activity" report for File Management.
This would be the best course of action to investigate what happened to your contents.
