Hi, I have one file that are missing the version, that show is very old. I checked the trash folder and it is not there. when I am searching the file name it appears in the search but it is not the actual version.
Please help me with searching the last version.

You can only have one version of this file for Personal Free Accounts. I'm afraid you will need to re-edit the file to update its contents.

With the exception of customers of Box Governance, the number of file versions that Box saves is limited. The maximum number of prior file versions you can access corresponds to your Box account type:
Customers of Box Governance have the additional option of saving an unlimited number of file versions.
