In one of our shared folders, there has been an issue with a very important spreadsheet, such as missing information throughout the tabs, missing tabs, and with the permissions because everyone included in the shared folder and file are not able to update and do other tasks like we were able to do before. Can you please help us find a solution on why this happened, how to recover information, and update permissions? Thank you.

Have you guys tried to check the version history of the affected file? Using the version history, you can download the version of the file or revert to a prior version which has the missing information on the spreadsheet. Check out this article on how to Access the Version history of a file.
Also, a report will be helpful to determine what may have happened to your files such who made those changes. Box admins may generate a User activity report to investigate on this.
To run this report, go to Admin Console> Reports (click bar graph icon)> User Activity >leave the Users or Groups field blank > then input the Start Date and End date from when you noticed the changes and those information has gone missing > and then under Action Types choose the following everything under "File Management" and then export the report in your Box report folder.
