Missing Folders

My group has discovered we are missing over half of our folder which were created.  How can we get them back?  Are deleted folders held in "Archive" somewhere?  Please help!

    I would suggest to directly communicate with the owner of the folder to check if the files are still in Trash. Here's an article to that will help you manage the Trash folder: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196093-Managing-Trash
