Hello – I need to contact someone from Box Support. We have a folder with multiple sub-folders with a lot of important and some sensitive information from the past three years that is no longer findable on box or in some collaborators' trash folders.
We are checking internally on if access was given to a different email, but there is also a possibility that the email address that owned / started the folder may have been deactivated. If that's the case, is there any way to restore the folder?? As mentioned, there are years' worth of information, some sensitive, in those folders.
