Missing folder in Box Drive but visible in Box online

Hello team,

I am having issue where I can see the folder in Box online but I couldn't see the folder in my Box drive.

FYI, this folder just reinstated since the former owner has left IBM. Prior to this reinstatement I don't have this issue.

Appreciate your help on this.
