Hello,


Files were uploaded into Box and I get an error message of "Oops!" and that the files are missing.  How do I reach live support to recover the files?  Is there a phone number or chat box?

You do not  have access on any files (own or collaborated) in your Box account. Your access to this Box content may have been revoked and kindly reach out to the file/folder owner.
