Missing Files and Folders after upgrading to Box Drive

Are the same files and folders missing in the Box website as well?

For more context, how did you switched to Box Drive? Did you installed Box Drive while you still have Box Sync and automatically uninstalled it? Please see this article. 

During the cleanup stage, Box Drive will only remove files that were fully synced to the cloud. Any content not yet uploaded to Box is preserved and moved into a folder named “Archived - Box Sync” on the user’s device, so it’s not lost.
