Hello Team,

I’m facing an issue accessing my Box shared link:

Even as the owner, I’m seeing “data not available / unable to view content”, and the same is reported by others who try to access it.

What I’ve already checked:

  • Logged in via Nike SSO
  • Verified the folder still exists
  • Confirmed basic share settings

Could you please help check if:

  • There are any permission / policy restrictions on this link or folder
  • The folder is impacted by ownership, classification, or collaboration limits
  • Any Box-side issue is blocking access

Please let me know if you need:

  • Folder ID
  • Owner details
  • Screenshot of the error
