Missing Files After Upgrade

I just upgraded my account and all files and folders are now gone. Please help me get them back. I need these files. They're very important.

Please note that due to your Box upgrade, your Box contents may be inaccessible indefinitely and it's ETA may take up to 24-hours at most.

If it takes more than 24 hours, please let us know.
