A large number of folders is missing from a folder, and they were not deleted and are not to be found in the Trash folder. What can I do to retrieve them?

    I'm having the same issue. We've had a large number of files just vanish from our folder. Is there a server down at the moment?

    Same thing happened to me - all files captured yesterday are missing.

    I am having the same issue. A large number of files are disappearing from my folders.

    Same thing just happened to me, and I can't seem to find any option to contact Box support directly. Did anyone manage to get their files back?

    I faced same issue.

    All files are missing.

    But storage size is using.

    I just upgraded, and many of my files are missing.  Can someone at Box help me restore them?
