Hi,


When I go into my folders it will say that there are 3 files, and when I go in the folder I only see 1.


Can you explain why there are missing file or the number of files in a folder are misrepresented?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
