Hi,

I went lookin gfor some old files (2018) and I now am trti gto find them.  Theres the folder there but nothing in the folder.  I had a number of docs and audio files and I belived they would be stored for a lifetime.  I can no longer see any files.,  The folders say 0 files.  Please helo me as to how I can locte these files.
