Files are missing from synced folders. They are present offline but not in Box. There are no error messages; there is a blue arrow for 'successful syncing' against the folder.

And I installed Box Drive.
My local machine Box folder No files and folders(Old back up is make in my name folder).
Box.com file list is empty.
But storage using size is 42.0 BG/50.0GB.
I think it is broken.
