Hi, I have a file that dissapeared sometime during monday, and I can't find it anywhere, it's not in the trash.  How do i restore it?

I also noticed that someone tried to change the password on our account.

    Hi,

    It's getting urgent to get this file back, how do you do to get support or some help to resolv this matter?

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help with your missing files. 

    Note: When items are deleted from a collaboration folder, both the owner and the person who deleted the item can recover the items from the Trash. 

    To restore specific items in Trash:

    The steps below apply whether you’re selecting from search results or from all Trash items.

    1. Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
    2. Click the ellipsis (...).  Then: 
      • To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
    1. At the prompt, click Okay.

    Hi,
    The problem is that the missing file is not in the trash.
    Filename is "Skyddsjakt dagbok 2022_2023 version 1- Redigerbar".
