Hi,

There were documents that were gone after we transfer the ownership of the folders, There not even in the trash. Kindly help in retrieving these missing files.

    Welcome to the Box Community! 

    I retrieved a folder in the account but does not have any files in it and please note that this may be related to the shared folder almost with the same folder name.

    Hi AJ, thank you for your response. I've checked the folders and did not see which folder you are talking about. The missing folders are named "2021 Receipts" and there are a number of documents uploaded there that went missing. Is there a way to retrieve the missing documents as they are very important? Thank you!
