hey i’m the owner of the account only was was using the account no other person is using that account my account is free i didn’t delete anything from my account but suddenly my 1.9gb data is empty even in the trash i couldn’t find my data in trash plz help me this is important i want my data back plz help me to recover my data

    Have you already searched in your other folders in Box and in your Box Trash the missing folder? Box allows you sort and filter items within your trash folder.

    You can filter content by Items I deleted and Items I own.

    • The Items I deleted filter will display all items deleted by you, regardless of who created or owns the item.

    • The Items I own filter will display all deleted items that you own, regardless of who deleted the item.

    Tip: Filtering by "Items I Own" is helpful when trying to track down content that may have been deleted by a collaborator in a folder you own.

    i’ve checked everywhere in other box folders and in box trash i still can’t find anything in it. Is there any other way to restore my data plz help me to restore my data
