The folder I created a few months ago is no longer visible, and the only files I see are what are from my personal Box folders. I have no idea what happened and it looks like the collaborators I originally shared that folder with now have access to my folders in Box but they are not current. I have no idea how to retrieve/fix.

For whatever reason when I upload a file from my box folder to the Web Box folder, that is not the version that gets uploaded so I have no idea why it is not synching. And how when I upload a specific document that is not what appears in the Web Box folder. Please help!
