I use Box drive to sync my files on my computer. Today I logged in to look for some information I had saved and the folder with all my information is no longer available on Box. I'm sure I would not have deleted this folder, unless there was some weird error when switching between Box sync and Box drive a while ago. But when checking the trash on Box I the files were not there either. I'm wondering if there's any way to recover the missing information, or otherwise see what the issue may be in order to find the missing files.

I have a case opened now regarding this too. Folder and all the contents are are missing, and yes I checked the trash....it's not there. I have been looking in other folders because maybe it was accidently moved into a different folder.....but I have yet to find it. Good Luck to you.
Today one of my folder just got deleted before my eyes; I was not deleting that folder. I then logged in on box.com from lop-top. The website is frozen on "https://app.box.com/onboarding/setupflow". I could not see my files or sign out. I logged in from Safari, I could see my file in the box.com website, but not the trash folder. Is trash folder still part of folder in box.com?
We were updating DE folder for last so many years. We have all the Leadership updates out there . Last Friday also the updates were available but not it is not there anymore. It it crucial & urgent. Please help, Thanks.
