Hello together,

I've been trying to create a customer app with JWT-auth. In the setup-description Setup with JWT - Box Developer Documentation, there is mentioned an "Authorization" Tab that should be available for the registered app. But for my app there is no such tab:

In other posts in the Forum, I learned that I would need a Developer Account to be able to use server-side authentications, instead of a free Box account.

Is this correct?

Is it possible to change my free Box acount to a developer account and would there be any fees associated with it?

Hi Rona,

unfortunatly, i cannot open the article you are linked (response: "oops You're not authorized to access this page").

Is there another page where I can get some information about the developer acount?

Mainly I would like to use the JWT-authentication with a custom app. Which possibilities do I have? Is the developer account the only one?
