I have an external user that has viewer/uploader access to on many files. In my account, I can search for any file by file name and find the result. The xternal user searches for the same file I do, yet they see no result. If they go into the actual folder, they see the file in there and can open it. What would cause certain files to not show on their search results but show in the actual folder? I did make them a managed user to see if that was a problem, but nothing changed.

Any users with preview/view permissions could search for the file here's how. However if your viewer uploader couldn't search for the contents. Please check the following:
- Is it rendering any kind of search result(s) or nothing at all?
- Use alternate browser.
- Clear the user's browser's cache and cookies.
- Ensure that the affected user's browser is up to date.
