The Box Drive migration took all of my files from being held locally to now being on Box.  Also since the migration I am now over my 10 gig limit and cannot use the service properly, when I was not before the migration.  I tried deleting some files but they were not recognized in my storage used.  There are files that were not transferred over in the migration and they are not represented on the website.

Welcome to Box Community! We’ve noticed that you're experiencing an issue following your Box Drive migration. Let us help address your concern clearly:

 

Let’s begin with your content migration using Box Drive, when Box Drive migrated your files from local storage to Box, all of your locally-stored files were uploaded to your Box account. If you were previously storing files only on your local machine (not synced to Box), those files now count toward your Box storage quota — which is why you've gone over your 10 GB limit.

 

Upon checking, it appears that you still have available space. To check, log in to Box.com and navigate to Account Settings> Storage Used
