Hello, what is the solution when Box fails to launch files in any of the Microsoft office apps (ex. Excel or Powerpoint)? I have the Microsoft Office Box Tool installed and have used it for a few years now. This problem just happened intermittently in the past couple of weeks. My Operating System is Windows 10 Enterprise and Box Drive version is 2.40.333.
