Microsoft Office Apps Greyed out

I recently resubscribed to Microsoft Office 365. The box to integrate is grayed out. I have cleared the cache and cookies, removed and re-added the Box Tools, and the Office apps. The problem persists.

I was recently cleaning up my Downloads folder and found the Box Tools Installer. Once I opened this file the issue was fixed.
