MFA issue new phone without backup codes

 I was using Google Authenticator for multi factor authentication codes for box.

But my phone was broken and I dont have the backup codes and the phone doesnt work to can access to them. 

Is there any way to disable my MFA validation or confirm my identity by other way, like my email associated to box?
