MFA codes not working, and forgot backup codes

Hi 

I set up MFA, but for some reason, the generated codes aren't getting accepted at login.  Unfortunately, I forgot to copy the MFA backup codes, so not sure how to turn off MFA.  Is it possible to have the MFA disabled?
