Nope, there is no backup codes you can use in case your Authenticator app or SMS is unavailable.
If you are unable to access the Authenticator app for the unique code or unable to receive SMS code to access your Box, please submit a ticket to Product Support (click the option "Contact Support" just above this page) and our team will assist you.
